Penta Technology installed a complete security system at my place using laser beams and PIR motion detectors. The installation was flawless, neat, and very high standard. The devices, control panel and the keypad were very high-quality products and also their wiring and installations.
Once the system was up and running, I also purchased their monitoring and response service. At the beginning when i was checking the system, it happened to trigger the alarm by mistake and the monitoring team always gives us a call within seconds.
They also were kind enough to check and repair my old CCTV system (which was out of their scope of the project) and made it up and running.
So far am really happy with the service I received and highly recommend their service.
